Andy Asava is currently authoring a book that captures his passion for sales - Farmers, Hunters, and Assassins. Over the past 30 years, Andy Asava has directed strategic high-growth global initiatives across the telecommunications, cyber-security, and automation market segments. He has played critical leadership roles at multi-national organizations from private-equity-backed companies to tier-1 venture-backed companies. Recently, Mr. Asava was the President and EVP at InfoVista. Prior to that, he drove enterprise sales growth at GENBAND as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at Sipera Systems, a Sequoia-backed Unified Communication Security company, which was acquired by Avaya. He also has a master's in Electrical Engineering, an MBA in International Management, and has been an Adjunct Professor of Business to Business Marketing.
