Andy Asava is currently authoring a book which captures his passion about sales - Farmers, Hunters and Assassins.  Over the past 30 years, Andy Asava has directed strategic high-growth global initiatives across the telecommunications, cyber-security and automation market segments. He has played critical leadership roles at multi-national organizations to private-equity backed companies to tier-1 venture backed companies. Recently, Mr. Asava was the President and EVP at InfoVista.  Prior to that he drove enterprise sales growth at GENBAND as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at Sipera Systems, a Sequoia-backed Unified Communication Security company, which was acquired by Avaya. He also has a Masters in Electrical Engineering, an MBA in International Management, and has been an Adjunct Professor of Business to Business Marketing.
