Joseph Lutes spent his entire 45-year career on the financial side of the business. He spent 23 years at Philadelphia-based Delaware Investments rising from mail clerk to SVP/ Chief Financial Officer and Partner. He later formed a specialty finance company in New York with several others and sold that a few years later. He then was CFO/partner of a Philadelphia-based Private Equity firm. After losing acquaintances in 9/11 he rethought his life and decided to change directions. Over a period of ten years, he was the Finance Director for three major local Not for Profits focusing on children where he implemented business planning and operating strategies until 2014.
