Kathleen Donohue helps improve business performance in planning, budgeting, team management and set-up. She has run her own small business in professional training, consulting and coaching specializing in project management, leadership, business analysis and team building. Ms. Donohue is also an adjunct professor at Lehigh University teaching project management in their MBA program. In addition to setting up her own small business, she coached others to help set priorities, manage budgets, market themselves and their business, network and engage with clients.
Ms. Donohue is a graduate of Baruch College of the City University of New York where she holds a BBA in Human Resource Management. The Project Management Institute certifies Ms. Donohue as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and the International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA) certifies her as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). She is also a qualified facilitator for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Enneagram, the Nine Domains™, the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and the Myers-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT), a licensed Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (LNLP) and she is a certified professional coach (CPC) in the New Ventures West Integral Coaching program.
