Starting a new business from scratch is what most people think of when they consider becoming entrepreneurs. But this isn’t the only way to get into business for yourself. We'll take a closer look at various ways of starting a business.
Why do you need a business plan? Some entrepreneurs think a business plan is only used to get financing. In reality, there are many more uses for a business plan.

In this workshop, you will understand the purpose and content of a business plan, and consider the type of business structure that is best for you.
This week you will:

  • Review the options for owning your own business

  • Evaluate your business idea’s feasibility

  • Develop a vision statement for your business
