This webinar is focused on new and existing small Non-Profits. It will help them better understand that the Non-Profit is an actual business and needs to be managed like one. This includes all the normal financial, operational, sales (Fundraising) and regulatory issues that all small organizations deal with, especially striving to break even on revenue and expenses. If not, over a period of time, the Non-Profit runs the risk of using up its assets and going out of business and with it, its mission.

Topics discussed:

  1. Ensure your Non-Profit Succeeds in its Mission
  2. Management Reporting is just as important as Financial Reporting
  3. Boards and Fundraising go Hand in Hand
  4. Energized Volunteers versus Staff
